This is a systematic approach, using the most efficient methods to target the right candidates who will add value to your organization.
Database search
This approach is also combined with the «Selection» of adequate applicants identified throughout Advertisement, our Database and local Network.
Management selection – Web media advertisement
For a complete screening of the available applicants on the market STYX will use targeted advertising campaigns. STYX will publish web postings with the local major online Job boards.

Assessment
The candidate selection process is based on a personal face-to-face interview between the candidate and our consultant. A shortlist is composed of 3 targeted candidates per position. A memo describing the candidates’ profiles and the reasons supporting the application is provided to the client. STYX can advise clients on psychological or specific technical testing if required.
Replacement
Should the employment of a placed candidate be terminated for any reason, by the client’s decision or by the placed hire’s decision, within the first 3 months of the employment (generally the trial period), STYX will relaunch the assignment and replace the candidate free of charge.
References
STYX systematically takes references from a candidate’s former employer, at management level, before a hiring decision is taken. In addition, we would generally cross check by consulting further references.
Off limits
STYX commits to an „off limits agreement” with a client during the contractual relation and for two years after its termination. STYX’s consultants may neither approach nor solicit employees of their clients.
Fee and Fees structure
The standard recruitment fee is 25% of the first year guaranteed gross package of the hired candidates. However, depending on the extent of the recruitment partnership with a particular client, we can tailor fee structures accordingly.
Fees are generally split into three invoicing stages:
